1 Eligibility
Purchase of products through the Website is restricted exclusively to parties who can legally enter into contracts online in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
In order to make purchases on the Website, you must provide your personal information, including your correct name and surname, a valid mobile phone number, a valid email address, payment details, and a valid billing address, and other information required as required. You also represent and warrant that the payment details you provide are valid, complete, and correct, and you confirm that you are the person referred to in the billing information provided.
The Website is only available to persons who meet Dova Care’s eligibility and electronic payment requirements, namely those who hold a valid credit card issued by a bank acceptable to Dova Care, and those who have authorized us to charge their credit cards for the total price of the products purchased, including any taxes or delivery charges, if applicable.
Products purchased are for personal or gift use only and may not be resold, used for commercial purposes, or for any other commercial gain. Duva Care reserves the right to restrict multiple quantities of a particular item shipped to any one customer or address.
When you order a product(s), you expressly authorize Duva Care to verify your credit card and to transmit, send, or obtain your credit card information or credit report information, including any updated information, to or from third parties to authenticate your identity, validate your credit card, obtain initial card authorization, and/or authorize individual purchases, as we deem necessary. You agree that we may use the personal information you provide to conduct necessary anti-fraud checks and that such personal information may be disclosed to a credit reference or fraud prevention agency, which may keep a record of such information.

2. Order products:
The products available on the Website, including any samples or gifts with purchase that Dova Care may offer you, are for personal or gift use only. You may not sell or resell any products purchased or otherwise obtained from Dova Care.
There may be a slight difference in the outer packaging design (carton) of the product received by the customer and its display image on the Dova Care website. This is due to the release of a newer design for the outer packaging or carton of the product by the manufacturer. However, this does not mean that the product contents are different. Dova Care guarantees this and always strives to update and renew the product display images on a regular basis.
Products offered for sale on the Website are subject to acceptance and availability, and if for any reason following the placement of an order for a product(s), we are unable to supply a particular product, we will notify you as soon as possible and cancel your entire order.
All orders are subject to acceptance and we reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order for any reason, including inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, our inability to obtain authorization to collect payment, delivery restrictions apply to a particular item, the item ordered does not meet our quality control standards and is withdrawn, you do not meet the eligibility criteria set out in the Terms and Conditions or any other problem we identify.
Dova Care keeps a record of your transactions for a reasonable period of not less than ten years.
After completing your order, you will receive a text message thanking you for shopping from Dova Kiros. You will also receive an email with your order details.
We may refuse to process a transaction for any reason and may refuse to send to anyone at any time in our sole and absolute discretion. We will not be liable to you or any third party for our withdrawal of any product, including any samples or gifts with purchases from the Website, whether or not such product is sold, or for our removal, testing, proofreading or editing of any materials or content on the Website, or for our refusal to process a transaction, or for the invalidation or suspension of any transaction after processing has commenced.
We make every effort to ensure that all details on the Website are accurate; however, we may from time to time discover an error in the pricing of products. If we discover an error in the price of a product listed in your order, we will inform you as soon as possible. We are under no obligation to accept or fulfill an order for a product advertised at an incorrect price and reserve the right to cancel an order already accepted or that is in transit. If you order a product at an incorrect price, we will email or telephone you to inform you that we have not accepted your order and/or that your order has been cancelled. If you have already paid for the product(s), we will refund you in full as soon as possible. If such products are returned in transit, we will process your refund once we have received the products.
By confirming your purchase at the end of the order process, you agree to accept and pay the full amount due for the product(s) as set out in your order, including any delivery charges applicable to that order.

Prices include the applicable VAT on the day of the order. Any change in the applicable VAT rate will be automatically reflected in the price of products offered for sale by Dova Care on its website.
Some of our products are not subject to taxes according to the Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority system and according to the General Authority for Food and Drug system (human medicines and vitamins registered with the General Authority for Food and Drug)
Value Added Tax:
Prices include the applicable VAT on the day of your order. Any change in the applicable VAT rate will be automatically reflected in the price of products sold by Dova Care through its website.
All credit card payments are subject to data validation and authorization by the card issuer. If the credit card issuer refuses to authorize payment, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery. We will cancel your order and may contact you to select an alternative method of payment.
The details on the credit card used for payment must match the exact credit card holder information on file with the card issuer. Payment will be authorized and placed on hold when you submit your order, and the amount will be debited from your account when Dova Care completes dispatching your order. You also confirm that the credit card used is yours or that you have been specifically authorized by the credit card owner to use it.
No credit card information will be stored, sold, displayed or rented to any third parties except to our online payment gateway service provider.
4_Delivery:
Shipping within Saudi Arabia:
Dova Care delivers products within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia within a period specified during order completion, starting from the day your order is confirmed via email, depending on your region.
– Please note that there may be a delay in delivering orders during sales and discount season.
There is a shipping fee added to the total order. Please note that the shipping fee is not fixed and may be free depending on the current offers.
Orders are delivered from Saturday to Thursday, excluding Friday and public holidays.
– Dova Care cooperates with international and local shipping companies, and the responsibility for the shipment is transferred after the order leaves Dova Care to the shipping company.
